01 - Add durian flesh, banana slices, coconut milk, water, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ice cubes to blender container.
02 - Process on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, approximately 1–2 minutes. Add additional water or coconut milk 1 tablespoon at a time if consistency is too thick.
03 - Taste smoothie and blend in additional sweetener if preferred, starting with ½ teaspoon increments.
04 - Pour evenly into two chilled glasses. Enjoy right away for best texture and flavor.
