Creamy frozen Greek yogurt and peanut butter bites, packed with protein and ready in minutes.

# What You'll Need:

→ Yogurt Mixture

01 - 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt (2% or 0% fat)
02 - 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
03 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
04 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
05 - Pinch of salt

→ Mix-Ins (Optional)

06 - 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips
07 - 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts

# Method:

01 - Line a mini muffin tin or a baking sheet with small silicone or paper liners.
02 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until smooth and well blended.
03 - Gently fold in mini chocolate chips and chopped peanuts, if using, distributing them evenly throughout the mixture.
04 - Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared liners, filling each to the top (about 1 tablespoon per bite).
05 - Smooth the tops with the back of a spoon for an even finish.
06 - Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the bites are completely firm and set.
07 - Once frozen, remove the bites from the molds and transfer to an airtight container. Store in the freezer until ready to serve.

# Insider Tips:

01 -
  • Each bite packs about five grams of protein, so you can feel genuinely good about reaching for seconds or thirds.
  • They taste like peanut butter cup filling but come together with ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen.
02 -
  • These bites melt faster than you expect once out of the freezer, so eat them quickly or keep them chilled until serving.
  • Natural peanut butter separates, so stir it thoroughly before measuring or your bites will have an oily layer on top.
03 -
  • If your peanut butter is stiff from the fridge, microwave it for fifteen seconds before mixing and it will blend into the yogurt much more easily.
  • Doubling the recipe is effortless and highly recommended because sixteen bites disappear shockingly fast.
