Sweet, caramelized glazed carrots roasted with honey and herbs for an effortless side dish.

# What You'll Need:

→ Fresh Produce

01 - 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into sticks or rounds

→ Dressing

02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - 2 tbsp honey
04 - 1/2 tsp salt
05 - 1/4 tsp black pepper

→ Herbs (Optional)

06 - 1 tbsp fresh thyme or parsley, chopped

# Method:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
03 - Add the carrots and toss well to coat evenly.
04 - Spread the carrots out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until carrots are tender and lightly caramelized.
06 - Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired. Serve warm.
