Savory rolled tortillas filled with Italian meats, cream cheese, and fresh vegetables. Ideal party appetizer.

# What You'll Need:

→ Dairy

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 1/2 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

→ Meats

03 - 4 oz sliced Genoa salami
04 - 4 oz sliced ham
05 - 4 oz sliced pepperoni

→ Vegetables

06 - 1/2 cup roasted red pepper strips, patted dry and chopped
07 - 1 cup baby spinach leaves, washed and dried

→ Bread

08 - 4 large 10-inch flour tortillas

→ Seasonings

09 - 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
10 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Method:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped roasted red peppers, shredded cheese, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well blended.
02 - Lay a tortilla on a clean surface. Spread one-quarter of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire surface, extending to the edges.
03 - Distribute equal portions of salami, ham, and pepperoni over the cream cheese. Scatter baby spinach leaves evenly across the meats.
04 - Roll the tortilla tightly from one edge to form a compact log. Repeat with remaining tortillas and fillings. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
05 - Unwrap the chilled rolls and slice crosswise into 1-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a serving platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.

# Insider Tips:

01 -
  • The combination of cream cheese and roasted red peppers creates this incredible savory spread that keeps everyone coming back for just one more
  • You can assemble these the night before and wake up to party-ready appetizers that look like you spent hours in the kitchen
02 -
  • Never skip the chilling step—I once tried slicing these immediately and ended up with squished, messy spirals that fell apart on the platter
  • Use your sharpest knife and wipe it clean between every few slices to keep the edges neat and the spiral pattern distinct
03 -
  • After rolling each tortilla, gently press it down on the counter with your palm to ensure it sits completely flat before refrigerating
  • If your tortillas crack when rolling, wrap them in damp paper towels and microwave for ten seconds to soften
