01 - Place vanilla ice cream, milk, mint extract, sugar, and food coloring in blender container.
02 - Process on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, approximately 30-45 seconds.
03 - Taste mixture and add additional sugar or mint extract if desired to achieve preferred sweetness and intensity.
04 - Pour blended mixture evenly into two chilled glasses.
05 - Top each glass with generous swirl of whipped cream.
06 - Place maraschino cherry on whipped cream of each milkshake and serve immediately.
