Strawberry High Protein Yogurt Bites (Print View)

Creamy Greek yogurt bites with fresh strawberries and protein powder. No-bake, ready in 15 minutes, and perfect for healthy snacking.

# What You'll Need:

→ Dairy & Protein

01 - 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla (2% or 0% fat)
02 - 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored whey protein powder

→ Fruit

03 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, finely diced

→ Sweetener & Extras

04 - 2 tablespoons honey or pure maple syrup
05 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
06 - Pinch of fine sea salt

→ Coating

07 - 1/2 cup dark or white chocolate chips

# Method:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside for easy removal later.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until completely smooth and no lumps remain.
03 - Gently fold the diced strawberries into the yogurt mixture until evenly distributed.
04 - Using a small cookie scoop or tablespoon, portion the mixture into rounded mounds onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
05 - Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the bites are completely solid and firm to the touch.
06 - Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 20-second intervals and stirring between each. Dip each frozen bite into the melted chocolate or drizzle over the top. Return to the freezer for 10 minutes to set the chocolate.
07 - Transfer the finished bites to an airtight container and keep frozen. Allow to sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes before serving for optimal texture.

# Insider Tips:

01 -
  • You can prep a whole batch in literally fifteen minutes and they're ready whenever you need them
  • They hit that perfect sweet spot between healthy snack and actual dessert you look forward to eating
  • The texture becomes almost like ice cream but with way less guilt and way more protein
02 -
  • The protein powder you choose really matters here because some get weirdly grainy when frozen, so stick with brands you know dissolve well
  • These soften quickly at room temperature, so work fast when you're scooping or dipping and get them back into the cold promptly
03 -
  • Use a cookie scoop with a release mechanism if you have one because it makes uniformly sized bites and way less mess
  • Double the batch right from the start because these disappear faster than you'd expect and it takes the same amount of time
