# Insider Tips:

01 -
  • This dip captures everything people love about stuffed mushrooms but lets you share it with a crowd
  • The combination of sautéed mushrooms and three cheeses creates the most addictive flavor
  • It comes together in under 15 minutes of active prep time
02 -
  • Getting all the moisture out of the mushrooms is crucial or your dip will turn out watery instead of creamy
  • Letting the mushroom mixture cool slightly before folding it in prevents the cream cheese from separating
03 -
  • Use a food processor to quickly chop the mushrooms into uniform pieces
  • Let the dip rest for 5 minutes after baking before serving so it sets slightly
